Learn to cook fish without turning on your stove

Have you signed up for Ann Marie’s Surf and Turf cooking class yet? Or entered to win a FREE spot in her class? You have until 11.59pm on Tuesday to enter, and right now your chances are quite good.

Or are you still not sure about taking this class?
Perhaps you’d like to take a look at one of the lessons before you commit yourself? Wait no further, because here Ann Marie shows how to make ceveiche!

Why make ceviche? For one, fish is wonderful for you and it tastes great! Secondly, by using an acid to soak the fish, you can cook the fish but not destroy all the heat-sensitive enzymes. Third, it’s summer, the time when you want to have cool dishes at the end of the day.

I’ll be announcing the winner of the drawing on Wednesday and also releasing a coupon code to entrants in the contest so they can receive a discount on the class.

What are you waiting for?

  1. What a cool concept! I never knew you could ‘cook’ using the acidity of fruits.

  3. I’m looking forward to learning more about organ meats and getting tips for fish and grass-fed meat.
